Mandated Reporting Training for Individuals

Sign in or select “Join for Free,” choose Counselor and Mental Health as your industry and Counselor as your position, verify your email, and enroll in the “Child Care Providers” course. Complete the training, download your Certificate of Completion, and submit it to your House Manager, Clinical Director, or Administration, as directed.

CPR/AED First Aid, Basic Life Support

CPR/First Aid is a requirement for all NEW and CURRENT employees of New Way STRTP. Upon completion of the training certificates should be sent to the Head of Service and Administrator

Food Handlers Permit

Employees whom handle food preparation directly are required to have a current Food Handlers Permit. Food Handlers permits are good for 3 years and are to be sent to the Head of Service and Administrator upon completion

Relias Training Academy

All employees at New Way have access to ten-of-thousands of trainings on the Relias Training Platform. If you have issues accessing the training platform reach out to your Head of Services to regain access to your account.
