Our Staff
The staff at New Way Group Home consists of highly-qualified and caring professionals dedicated to
helping disadvantaged and troubled youth. Staff members are educated and trained in a variety of areas relevant
to child care and counseling. Staff works with each resident to help resolve conflicts, talk about feelings
and personal issues, manage their day-to-day responsibilities, and give encouragement and advice when needed.
Most importantly, members of our staff act as positive role models for the young men in our care.
